A Day of Reflection for Women in Recovery – Steps 10, 11 and 12
During this one-day retreat we will take time for quiet reflection, enjoy fellowship of the spirit, and explore creative expression of our spiritual experiences based on Steps 10, 11 and 12, the maintenance steps of sobriety. Open to all women seeking a deeper sense of their own spirituality. The same retreat will be offered on two different dates listed below; space is limited to 10 attendees per session.
Dates: Saturday, August 24th and Saturday, September 14th, 2019
Time: 9 am – 4 pm Optional Morning Gentle Yoga for all levels at 8 am
Location: 13 Penwood Road, Bloomfield, CT

Retreat Leader: A life-long spiritual seeker, Janice Olson, brings wit and wisdom to her retreats for women in recovery. With over 20 years of sobriety, Janice has developed a deep spiritual connection that informs her work as a mentor, sponsor, retreat leader and spiritual advisor. She is passionate about helping women heal their hearts and find their inner wisdom so they may experience more joy, more meaning, and a deeper sense of authenticity. A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, she is certified to teach the meditative art form, Zentangle ®, and is also a certified yoga instructor.
